Yoga and Tea

Yoga and Tea: Yoga classes daily, and evening classes Monday-Thursday evenings.
Cafe serves a variety of freshly brewed hot teas, iced tea, bubble teas, and healthy and delicious protein shakes and smoothies. All are welcome in the cafe, you need not take a class to come in for a beverage. Protein and meal replacement bars also available.
Gentle yoga and beginners classes available as well as flow classes, and yoga/stretch classes. Classes are led by fully qualified Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga teachers. Reiki Circle on Thursdays, all are welcome, and Angel Readings available by appointment.
