Susan Yu

Susan is currently a trainee Osteopath and teaches Yoga/Pilates classes and one to ones around the Notting Hill, Bayswater, Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea area.

Her dynamic style promotes fitness and well-being in mind and body whilst building strength in both areas. The constant flow of movement combined with deep breathing and dynamic excercises is aimed to decrease stress and balance the mind. Help detox, tone and aid in weight loss. Increase strength and flexibility to help improve general stiffness, aches and pains as well as an aid in injury prevention.

Susan also specialises in pre and post natal Yoga/Pilates and rehabilitative programmes. She teaches at all levels so each individual can take each exercise to a point they feel comfortable with allowing room for growth.
