Stardust Yoga Studio

Stardust is a family yoga studio whose mission is to communicate the meaning of yoga inclusively to the entire human family, adults and children alike. Yoga has significance and benefits for people from all backgrounds, and it is a system of living that supports and enhances the human experience at every stage or cycle of life. Stardust Yoga Studio’s goal is to work with students, while providing individual attention, in order to prepare the mind, body, and breath so that each student may find a peaceful balance within oneself and the world. Achieving this harmony allows an individual the opportunity to work more deeply in order to find the one true light within, so that it may shine more brightly. All of our classes challenge each participant and focus to strengthen, tone and define the body while increasing range of motion, mobilty and fluidity. We offer Prenatal Yoga, Baby & Me Yoga, Busy Baby & Me Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Teen Yoga, and a variety of Adult yoga classes.
