Adhavasana (Prone Pose)
Adhavasana is basically reverse Corpse Pose. As the name of this asana suggest it is exactly the reverse of Shavasana. This Asana is classified under the Hatha branch of yoga which is known to greatly benefit your physical self. It is a simple relaxation asana to ease out whole body.
In Adhavasana a person should lie down on his stomach and stretching out both arms forward on either side of the head. Then, relaxing whole body as required in doing Shavasana. Stay in the Asana in completely relaxed position for sometime. Now loosen yourself and get relaxed.
