Just sit in the comfortable meditation position. The spinal cord should be erect and the head straight and hands resting on the knees in chin.
Close the eyes and relax the whole body for a short time. The lips should remain gently close; teeth should be separated thought the practice. It will help in practice to hear the sound vibration to be heard and felt more distinctly in the brain. Be sure that Jaws should be relaxed.

sit in the comfortable meditation posture knees in chin. Now, close your eyes with whole body in the relax position. Extend the toung outside the mouth as far as possible. Please remember that any part of the body should not be feeling strain including your toung. Roll the sides of the toung so that it forms tube shape. Inhale the breath in through this tube and will feel the cooling effect at the end of the inhalation, draw the toung in and close your mouth exhale through the nose.
